EZCast Compact Display Technology is developed for the use of low bandwidth required display transmission, such as wireless display applications. Due to the limited transmission bandwidth, EZCast Compact Display adopts the compression algorith with high compression ratio, such as H.264/265. The latency of EZCast Compact Display is about 60ms to 100ms, and as a result, is suitible for video and presentation scenarios. To sum up, EZCast Compact Display Technology is built for the applications of low bandwidth, high compression and latency insentitiveness.

EZCast Sync Display Technology is developed for the use of visually lossless and zero latency display transmission, such as ethernet extension applications. Due to the visually lossless requirement, EZCast Sync Display adopts the lossless-like compression algorith. Zero latency (under 1ms) implies EZCast Sync Display has the display clock recovery mechanism for the receiver side and is suitable for the graphic and gaming applications. To sum up, EZCast Sync Display Technology is built for the applications of high and steady bandwidth, low compression and latency sentitiveness.
